Pulitzer Center Workshop

Erika and Bridgett traveled to New Haven, CT to help lead the Climate Change Radio Journalism Workshop with the Pulitzer Center at Yale University.

Global warming is among the most urgent, challenging issues of our time. It is also complex, and difficult to explain effectively to the public. In an effort to nurture quality reporting on the subject, YPCCC and the Pulitzer Center are offered an all-day student workshop. We enjoyed talking to the students about what we do, and guiding them through the process of making effective story pitches. Thank you very much to Yale and the Sawyers for having us.

The next few days in New Haven were spent on a Climate Connections retreat. We loved getting to spend some face-to-face time with the rest of the team, and brainstorming about ways to make the initiative even bigger and better.

Hear what others are saying about us and our work.
