Healing Our Waters
Bridgett and Chelsea recently traveled west for the Healing Our Waters Great Lakes Restoration Conference in Buffalo, NY. The Healing Our Waters - Great Lakes Coalition consists of more than 145 environmental, conservation, outdoor recreation organizations, zoos, aquariums and museums representing millions of people, whose common goal is to restore and protect the Great Lakes. Chelsea manned a booth in the exhibit hall – highlighting CurrentCast to the many conference attendees, while Bridgett conducted interviews for the program. Interviews ranged from restoration efforts by Ducks Unlimited to the impact of Plan 2014. And to make the trip complete, before leaving Buffalo, they of course stopped for pizza and wings at the world-renowned Anchor Bar.
